Shipping and Returns

 

We take extra measures in adding the right cushioning types as well as using strong boxes for everything we ship!  If you ever receive a damaged piece from us, please notify us immediately.  

 

We will accept returns for any undamaged merchandise with a 20% restocking fee.  Please be sure that the item you order will meet your needs.  If you need us to send you a wood sample before you purchase please let us know.  Each piece of wood will look different and computers to not represent the same image as you will see once your new piece is in your home.  If you are not comfortable with purchasing online and not actually seeing the product in person, please find a local store or local craftsman.
